The Tenant agrees to hold CISA harmless from any liability by reason of personal injury to any person and for property damage occurring on or about or connected with the Premises or resulting from the Tenant’s use thereof.

Cancellation Policy

The Tenant must provide written notice of cancellation to CISA. The following cancellation terms apply:

• 60+ Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund of any rent paid, less a $50 administrative fee.

• 30 to 59 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the rental date will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total rental fee.

• Less than 30 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental date will result in a complete forfeiture of the rental fee.

• The Security Deposit will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation, provided no damages or costs have been incurred by CISA.
