Mulligan's Beach Volleyball

By booking a court at Mulligan's Driving Range & Beach Volleyball, I understand that beach volleyball is a physical activity with a risk of injury, and I take part at my own risk. I agree, for myself and everyone playing in my booking, to follow Mulligan's court rules and staff directions, and to use the courts and equipment with care. I release Mulligan's, its owners and staff from responsibility for any injury, loss or damage that happens during my booking, except where caused by their negligence. Anyone under 18 in my group needs a parent or guardian's permission to play.

Court rentals are booked in 2-hour slots: $90 per court (GST included).

Cancelling 24 hours or more before your booking: you'll get a credit for another court booking this season.
Cancelling less than 24 hours before: no refund or credit.
Weather: if Mulligan's cancels because of weather or unsafe court conditions, you'll get a credit for another booking this season.

Credits can't be exchanged for cash. To cancel or ask about a credit, call the Mulligan's clubhouse at 204-728-7750.
