PLEASE NOTE:
If you registered for Spring 2020 Season you will be covered under your registration and training certificates that you submitted for the season. ( This is due to us having to shut down the season because of COVID).
You will need to please EMAIL us at: atokasoftball@gmail.com to let us know that you want to coach for Fall 2020 so that we can pull your paperwork and esnure we have all proper paperwork for you.


~ Anyone interested in coaching with Atoka Softball Organization must submit a Registration Form for consideration ALONG with a Background Check Form. Background Check Forms may be found in the Coaches Corner Tab on our website. https://leagues.teamlinkt.com/atokasoftball/COACHESCORNER

~ Anyone interested in coaching with Atoka Softball Organization must complete and Concussion and Cardiac Training prior to working with any child in our program. This includes any assistant's. Please take care of this by visiting our website and clicking on the Coaches Corner Tab.
All certificates are good for 1 year. ( Example: You complete Spring 2019- You MUST re-take and submit Spring 2020. You complete Fall 2019 - you will not have to re-take and re-submit until Fall 2020)

COVID RULES AND REGULATIONS:
~ All Participants and Fans must not show any symptoms of sickness if they do they MUST be symptom free for 72 hours before returning to the park or to a team.

~ All fans must practice SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCING 6FT APART. We encourage you to please bring your own chair and sit with your own immediate family.

~ All players must have their own equipment and water bottles to reduce the germs that can be passed around. If this is an issue please see a board member or contact your coach for assistance.

~ If the season gets canceled due to COVID based on local or state regulations the following refund schedule will be followed:
*Starting 8/1/2020 until start of season 8/31/2020 50% available.
*Starting from the Start of the Season 8/31/2020 until 9/14/2020 (2 weeks of games scheduled) 25% available.
*After 9/14/2020 NO refunds will be available

~There will be a release for you to sign once you are placed on a team that you or any family member will not hold the Atoka Softball Program or any of it's board members responsible for any COVID related illnesses.
