Registration for the first ever Indigenous Basketball Leagues in Alberta that are open to all ages! Amateur Athletic Union Canada (AAUC) Alberta (Including Onion Lake Cree Nation, SK) Indigenous Basketball (AIB) Spring League starting April 2, 2024 in your regional areas. See below for what region you are in. Community and urban teams will play those teams close by to them within an hour and a half radius. We will notify you what zone your team will be playing in as we have the following zones Northwest 1, Northwest 2, Northeast, Edmonton, Central, Calgary and South (zones may adjust depending on number of registrations in each).

AAU is the leader in club basketball in the United States of which a majority of the NBA Stars from the US play in in their youth and get exposure and training to go to the next level. Now the AAUC is in Canada for the first time and operating in Alberta for Indigenous people!

Highlights of the AAUC Alberta Indigenous 3on3 and 5on5 Winter Indigenous Basketball Leagues:

1. Register as a team (Individuals without a team can register and we will contact you if we have enough to form a team or other teams need extra players. You only pay once you are placed on a team by us. If we find a team for an individual to be on then it's $150 for youth and $200 for adults regardless of what deadline it is)

8. Summer Club travel teams opportunity in the month of July
