Equipment/Property Return Policy
When your child's football season has ended, ALL equipment/property must be returned during the allotted times or when alternate arrangement plans have been made with the EQUIPMENT DIRECTOR. If your child decides to not finish the season, then arrangements should be made with the Equipment Director at his/her convenience for its prompt return. Failure to return the equipment in a reasonable timeframe (deemed appropriate by the Toronto Gridiron Minor Tackle Football Club Inc., i.e. the Toronto Jr. Argos) will result in an invoice for the approximate replacement cost. The current estimate of the equipment cost is $1000. 'Equipment' includes helmets, shoulder pads, all pants, belts, knee pads, kidney pads, tailbone pad, thigh pads, etc. 'Property' is anything else loaned by the team to the player such as footballs, training items, etc.

Right to Cut Players
The Board, in consultation with the coach, has the right to request a player leave the organization. Upon the player being notified of the decision, the player will be removed from the active roster and will not be allowed to play nor practice with the team. Also, the player will be provided with a full refund of monies paid minus $100 administration fee upon receipt of all equipment assigned to the player.

Playing Time is Earned
Given the level of play in our league, no player, parent, or guardian should assume (a guaranteed amount of) playing time during games. The amount of play and the use of said player is at the sole discretion of the team's coaches. Many things are taken into consideration regarding playing time, including experience, talent level, commitment to the team (including attendance at all practices and games) and overall attitude.

Harassment and Abuse Policy
It is the policy of the Ontario Summer Football League (“OSFL”) and the Toronto Jr. Argos that there shall be no abuse and neglect, whether physical, emotional or sexual of any participant in any of its programs.
