Please note: The above Required Memberships are a One-time Annual Membership that will allow you to participate in all UA Flag Events, Seasons, and Tournaments within the calendar year. For example, you will be covered under this one-time fee for Skills & Drills, Tournaments and multiple seasons (ie. Spring and Fall)

If you have signed up for a Spring 2022 season and have a Football Canada and Football Ontario membership, please ensure you are signing up again with the same account you did in the Spring to avoid getting charged another Football Canada and Football Ontario membership fee.

Siblings receive a $15 discount (applied automatically to second sibling registration).
