Thank you for your interest in joining our Tournament Team. Please review the following information carefully before proceeding with registration:

TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH SKILLS AND TOURNAMENT TEAM TRYOUTS/TOURNAMENT TEAM, PLEASE LEAVE THIS FORM AND SEE THE SKILLS REGISTRATION FORM

Program Details:
- The Tournament Team will consist of 13-15 skaters, selected based on performance during tryouts.
- Tryouts will be held on Feb 22nd at Cannington Arena. All players must arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in from the published start time
- A non-refundable tryout fee of $25 is required to secure your spot.
- The Balance of the Tournament Team Fee will be billed March 1st and April 1st in 2 Installments. Those not selected will have those installments cancelled. Fees Cover Tournament Entry Fees and Insurance Costs. Additional Fees may apply for things such as Jersey, Practice Ice. etc. as deemed necessary by the coaching staff.
Eligibility:
- The tryouts are open to all eligible players meeting the program’s age and level requirements.
- Participation in the Skills Development Program is not required to register for tryouts, though it is highly recommended to enhance player development.
Selection Criteria:
- Team selection will be based on skill level, effort, attitude, and position requirements. Final decisions will be made by the coaching staff, and all selections are final.
Commitment Notice:
- Players selected for the Tournament Team will be expected to fully commit to all practices, exhibition games, and tournament schedules.
- Additional fees for team participation (e.g., practice ice fees, team apparel) will be communicated upon selection and must be paid in full before participation.
Refund Policy:
- The $25 tryout fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and ice-time costs.
Waitlist Option:
- If the tryout spots are filled, players will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.
