REFUND AND EQUIPMENT POLICY

NO REFUNDS will be given due to INJURY, or should the player QUIT, past this deadline: August 14, 2024 (no refunds given past this date)

All refund requests must be submitted to the Registrar by e-mail on or before 5:00 pm of the deadline date (August 14, 2024).
Members registration accounts must be in good standing from previous seasons and no monies owing prior to refund.
Any outstanding balance will be deducted from the refund owing and the balance payable under the guidelines below.
$100.00 of the Registration Fee paid will be kept as an Administration Charge prior to August 14, 2024.
All issued equipment is the sole property of the BMFA and must be returned before a refund is given. READ BELOW EQUIPMENT POLICY.
Should a registrant be "cut" from a team for unsportsmanlike conduct at any time (as outlined in the BMFA safe management policy), there will be NO REFUND provided.

*****If the player quits after the Refund Deadline, you must still inform the Registrar by e-mail.

BMFA EQUIPMENT/PROPERTY RETURN (IF APPLICABLE)

All equipment/BMFA property must be returned before any refund is given.
If Equipment is failed to be returned at the end of the season, a $350.00 charge will be issued on your registration credit card.
When your child’s football season has ended, all equipment must be returned during the allotted times or when alternate arrangements have been made with the Equipment Director.
If your child decides to not finish the season, then arrangements should be made with the Equipment Director at his/her convenience for its prompt return.
Failure to return the equipment/ property no later than 2 weeks from seasons end will result in a charge for the approximate replacement cost.
“Equipment” is anything you have signed for at equipment pick up time, including helmets, shoulder pads, pants, belts, knee pads, kidney pads, tailbone pad, thigh pads etc.

“Property” is anything else that the BMFA would have provided/loaned to you, such as footballs, training items, etc.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks. Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
