WELCOME TO THE 2025 SPRING COED FLAG FOOTBALL REGISTRATION

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment to the Burlington Minor Football Association. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Please note you are registering for the COED league.

COED FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON OVERVIEW

Important Dates & Locations:

Regular season is April 19th, 2025 (U16 and U18 to begin April 21st, 2025) to June 28th, 2025 (U16 and U18 to end June 30th, 2025), followed by Playoffs the weekend of July 5th and 6th, 2025

Games are held on Saturdays for U8 to U14 (Tyke, Atom, PeeWee and Bantam divisions)

Games are held on Monday evenings for U16 and U18 (Junior Varsity and Senior Varsity divisions)

Games are played at Norton Community Centre, Hayden High School, Nelson High School, or Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School. (Please note: these locations are subject to change.)

Divisions:

  • U18 (Varsity) - players born in 2008-2009
  • U16 (Junior Varsity) - players born in 2010-2011
  • U14 (Bantam) - players born in 2012-2013 (please note: if we're short on female participation the female players will be evenly distributed amongst the teams in general)
  • U12 (PeeWee) - players born in 2014-2015
  • U10 (Atom) - players born in 2016-2017
  • U8 (Tyke) - players born in 2018-2019

Registration Fees:

$337.50 (includes the BMFA registration fee and Football Ontario National Registry fees)

FALL FLAG

Keep an eye out for Fall Flag registration for the 2025 season! Should you wish to pre-register for our 2025 Fall Flag program, please respond 'Yes' later in this registration and you will receive an emailed discount code on your Fall Flag Registration Fees when the time comes to register. This will be $50 off your Fall Flag registration.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3rd registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players consecutively at this time. 

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family Discount rates.***

REFUND POLICY & EQUIPMENT RETURN

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these rules!

  • Should a player quit prior to the start of the season on April 19th, 2025, the player is entitled to a refund of $315. The Football Ontario fees of $22.50 are non-refundable.
  • All refund requests must be submitted to the Registrar by email. 
  • Should a player quit after the start of the season on April 19th, 2025, there are NO REFUNDS. The Football Ontario fees of $22.50 are also non-refundable.
  • Any issued equipment that is to be returned at the end of the season is the sole property of the BMFA and must be returned before a refund is given.
