Things to Bring

- Long sleeve or hoodie that you are okay with getting sandy in case the weather is not sunny

- Athletic Shorts and T-Shirt

- Beach socks or other socks if the sand irritates your feet (you might get holes in them)

- Water

- Snacks & Food (or money to buy food nearby)

- Sunscreen

- Bug Spray

- Chair or blanket to sit on (and for parents too)

- Towel for sand/lake

- Things to do in your breaks between practices (swimsuit, frisbee, etc.)
