Thank you for choosing Caltaf. We are excited to have you join our community of athletes and families.

The registration process will take between 10 and 30 minutes depending on your familiarity with the Releases, Agreements, and Waivers. A separate registration must be completed for each athlete. There are four sections to the registration process (section 3 requires the signature of the Athlete, even if he/she is under 18; please have the Athlete present while completing this section);

Membership Fees;

The 2026 base Outdoor Season Caltaf membership fees for Cheetah athletes transitioning to the JD group begins at $475 (prorated down through the season). For athletes starting in April, the total includes;

$475 base fee
$65 singlet fee (if needed)

Additional costs include Athletics Alberta fees (paid directly to Athletics Alberta), optional program fees, meet entry fees, travel levies and related expenses. Registration fees may be paid in full upon registration while other costs must be paid upon invoicing.

Athletic Alberta Number

To check to see if you have a valid Athletics Alberta Number, please look up using the link below. If you do not have a valid number, please purchase an Athletics Alberta Number using the same site. Notice, we kindly request that you purchase either a full-year competitive membership or a season-specific competitive membership (Cross Country, Indoor, or Outdoor). If you plan to participate in multiple seasons, the most cost-effective option is the full-year competitive membership. Please note that recreational memberships do not meet the requirements for our program.

Athletics Alberta

Volunteer Requirement

Each family is expected to volunteer or officiate at the Caltaf Classic in June and one additional meet. A $300 fee will be charged on June 30 if this requirement is not met. Volunteer support is essential to the success of our events.

Your personal information is encrypted during transfer and storage. Caltaf's use of your data is governed by our Personal Information Protection Policy.
