CRIMINAL RECORD & VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK

1. Every volunteer with CAMFA is required to have a VSC completed every year. If you have one from another organization that is dated within the last 12 months you can forward us that one.

2. If you do not yet have one on file or it is not up to date, the CAMFA will forward the formal letter by email, indicating you require one to present to either the RCMP or the Fredericton City Police.

3. Once we have forwarded it to you, print the letter.

1. Write your name in the blank line & ensure you have 2 pieces of ID, one with a photo.

2. If you are a resident of Fredericton, take the letter to the Fredericton City Police Department.

4. If you are a resident outside of Fredericton, please take the letter to the RCMP.

5. Once you have received the completed CRC & VSC, you can send us a copy by email to operations.gmail.com.

COACH TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Make sure you have a coaching certification number from NCCP. If you do not have one, you can register at Coaching Association of Canada (https://thelocker.coach.ca). We require our coaches to have certain training to provide the best possible experience for our players. Any registration fees for these programs will be covered by CAMFA on successful completion of the training.

3. Making Headway in Football*

4. Community Novice Coach – Combined (tackle & non-contact)*

5. Community Sport Online Training*

U12, U14, U16 and U18 Girls Level:

1. Intro to Competition*

Head Coaches:

1. First aid (with CPR C & AED)**

(1) This course is facilitated by CAMFA and FNB – training dates will be provided

(*) These courses are available as e-learning at The Locker

(**) First aid training will be facilitated by CAMFA – training dates will be provided. If you are already certified, please let us know when your certification expires.
