This registration is for managers, assistant coaches, and team moms or dads. All registered managers, coaches, and team parents must complete a background check and APS training every two years. If you completed this in 2023, no need to do it for this year. If you haven't completed it or completed it in 2022 or earlier, it will need to be completed prior to the beginning of the season. Managers and assistant coaches will also need to have a Babe Ruth Coaching Certificate and a concussion certificate. The BR Coaching Certificate is a one-time, online class, which never expires. The concussion certificate must be done annually, per the State of Colorado, and cannot expire prior to the end of the current season. Neither of the documents need to be uploaded, but will need to be produced upon request by the league, national organization, or the State of Colorado.

New for 2024 and beyond, we will offer up a coaches training which is voluntary. You will register for this through HitStreak and the cost is $100. If you take and complete the coaches training and the division supplemental training, you will receive a discount for your child's registration, based on whether you register as a manager or an assistant coach. The discount is 30% off for each manager registration and 10% for a registration as an assistant coach. If managing multiple teams, the 30% manager discount is applied to a player on each team. If assisting on multiple teams, the 10% only applies to one of the players on one of the teams. The first of two coaches trainings is scheduled for Sunday, 21 April from 5p-8p at HitStreak. The division supplemental trainings will be on other dates. These discounts would go through all of 2024, so could be applied to the fall season too. If you already registered your kid, I will refund the discount to the card you used to register, following the clinic.
Registration Instructions for the coaches clinic:
Please read the following directions to help assist you in the sign-up process:
1) Log in to Esoft Planner (Scheduling software)
2) On the homepage right above the schedule, there are three buttons- “Rent a Location”,” Schedule Appointment” or “Sign up for Camp/Class.” Select the “Sign up for Camp/Class” option.
3) Click “Camps/Classes' at the top, or you can click the plus sign at the top of the menu to expand it, and select the Instructional Camps and Clinics.
4) Click the “Sign-Up” on the Centennial Youth Baseball and Softball Coaches Clinic button on the right side of the screen, and continue through to the checkout process.
The coaches training will be taught by HitStreak instructors and will include hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, etc. Drills, techniques, communications, and a lot of other information will be presented. The division supplemental trainings will be held on multiple dates throughout the spring and will be specific to the division(s) you would be managing. There is no additional cost for these, but both must be completed to receive the registration discount.
