**Terms and Conditions for Football Registration**

1. **Registration Eligibility:**
- Participation in the football program is open to individuals who meet the age requirements specified for each age group.
- All participants must submit a completed registration form and payment of the registration fee to be considered for participation.

2. **Parental Consent:**
- For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for their involvement in the football program.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on the registration form is accurate and up to date.

3. **Code of Conduct:**
- Participants, parents, coaches, and spectators are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and fair play at all times.
- Any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program. Link below

4. **Health and Safety:**
- All participants must be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that may pose a risk to their health or safety while participating in football activities.
- Participants are required to comply with all safety guidelines and protocols established by the organizing committee, including the use of appropriate protective equipment during practices and games.

5. **Insurance and Liability:**
- Participants are responsible for obtaining their own health insurance coverage to cover any medical expenses that may arise as a result of injuries sustained during football activities.
- The organizing committee, coaches, volunteers, and facility owners will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation in the football program.

6. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
- The registration fee is non-refundable except in cases where the football program is canceled entirely or if a participant is unable to participate due to medical reasons verified by a physician.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. **Photography and Media Consent:**
- By participating in the football program, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of their likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes related to the program.

8. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:**
