**Refund Policy**

1. **Non-Refundable Fee:**
   - Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where:
   - The program is canceled entirely.
   - A participant is unable to participate due to verified medical reasons.

2. **Cancellation Requests:**
- Written refund requests must be submitted to us at Info@chalkleysteelers.com.

3. **Refund Process:**
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the request.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. **Exceptions:**
- No refunds for voluntary withdrawal, except for medical reasons.
- No refunds for expenses incurred by participants.

5. **Policy Updates:**
- Chalkley Sports Association reserves the right to modify this policy.
