Dynamic warmup (stretch)
Throwing progression (Glove tuck drill)
Playing catch(working on throwing mechanics, chest to target, reach out front, glove tuck, finish back pocket)
Good, perfect throwing drill (fun game)

2. Week: Fielding(Infield)

Dynamic warmup (stretch)
Play catch
Ready position (talk about how this looks, glove down, balls of feet, stick vs funnel)
Footwork drills
Ground balls (working on foot and glove work)

3. Week: Hitting:
