REFUND BEFORE THE PROGRAM BEGINS

If a customer requests a refund for any Club Sports Alaska program before the first day that the program begins, Club Sports Alaska will offer an 85% refund. 15% will be used for General and Administrative costs of the program.

For Mountain Biking Only: No Refunds will be given after April 15th. (Unless it is for medical reasons.)

Customers may receive a full refund if their child cannot participate due to medical reasons. Doctor's note may be required.

FOR REFUNDS AFTER A PROGRAM BEGINS

If for whatever reason a customer decides to request a refund after the program has begun we will offer the following refund:

80% if it is within the first week of the program.
60% if it is within the second week of the program.
40% if it is within the third week of the program
20% if it is within the fourth week of the program
NO REFUND if it is after the fourth week of the program.
