2025 Raiders Spring Flag Football

Flag football is an excellent way for players to play football in a noncontact environment. Designed for all levels - beginner to football veteran, you will enjoy this program. The 5 on 5 league teaches & develops football skills, gets players familiar with the structure of football and is a great way to make friends & stay active!

Our programs rely on volunteers, please consider getting involved! We are recruiting assistant coaches, first aid and a team manager for this program - volunteers will receive a discount code for future registrations at the end of the season. Please apply HERE

Thursdays 6-7:30pm & Saturday AM for games

Our approach with flag football is very intentional. We are able to promote football as a safe, fun, and team building sport. We teach basic football skills by exploring different positions on the field at a level suited for each age and ability. Developing our players into well rounded athletes is a main focus of this program, and attained by a balance between the fast pace of weekly house league games and weekly training and practices.

Registration Fees: $150* plus Football BC/Football Canada annual fees may apply if you have not yet paid them for 2025
