Refund Policy for Team Withdrawal Due to Medical Reasons

We understand that unforeseen medical circumstances may arise, leading to a child's withdrawal from the team. To accommodate such situations, we have updated our refund policy to provide a fair and flexible approach:

Medical Withdrawal: If a child is unable to participate in the team due to a medical reason, we request that the parent or guardian notify us immediately, providing appropriate documentation from a licensed medical professional outlining the nature of the condition and its impact on the child's ability to participate.

Uniform Charges: In the event of a medical withdrawal, we will only charge the cost of the uniforms already ordered or customized for the child. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Private Classes Option: To support the child's continued engagement with the sport, we offer the option to utilize the deposited fees for private classes. If the child's medical condition improves to a point where they are able to participate during the season, the deposited fees can be redirected to private classes with a qualified instructor. This way, the child can receive individualized training and still benefit from the deposited funds.

Communication and Collaboration: Our team will work closely with the parent or guardian to understand the child's medical situation and explore potential alternatives. We encourage open communication to find the best solution that takes into account the child's well-being and continued involvement in baseball.

Refund Process: In cases where the child's medical condition prevents them from participating in any team activities, the refund process will be initiated. The refund amount will consist of the deposited fees minus the cost of the uniforms.

Timely Notification: To ensure a smooth refund process and explore alternative arrangements, we kindly request that parents or guardians notify us of any medical withdrawals as soon as possible, accompanied by the necessary documentation.

Please note that this revised refund policy specifically applies to medical withdrawals. For all other cases, our standard refund policy remains in effect.
