REFUND POLICY:

- 100% refund if our Association is notified in writing by March 1st 2025 (less administrative fee).

- 50% refund if our Association is notified in writing by April 1st 2025 (less administrative fee).

- 25% refund if our Association is notified in writing between April 1st 2025 and our scheduled evaluation date (less administrative fee).

- Refunds requested due to a player's injury deeming them unable to play will be handle on a case by case basis.
