By signing up and agreeing to these terms, you're allowing Eudora Brewing Company to use you and your teammates' images in any future advertisements and marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, digital and printed materials.

You agree to conduct yourself in an adult-like manner and those who are 21 and up are asked to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to disqualify your team as we see fit. You will not get your money back if we disqualify your team. We reserve the right to remove your team from the league if you cause problems (no refunds). You agree to show up on-time (we suggest 10 minutes before your match). If your team doesn't have two people here to play by 10 minutes past your scheduled playing time, you'll automatically forfeit the match and you won't get your money back.

I can't believe I have to say this, but cornhole league members will not get any kind of special treatment by Eudora staff. You'll wait in line for drinks just like everyone else. Games will not be "paused" so you can get another drink. Please wait until the game is over to order food/drinks so you don't cause a delay.

You may NOT bring your own alcohol or consume alcohol in the parking lot before/during/after your games. It is ILLEGAL to bring alcohol onto brewery property, including the parking lot. Violators will be disqualified and removed from the league with no refunds. Water bottles are not allowed. Free water is available inside the brewery.
