Please use a computer ot tablet when attending as it will be difficult to interact when required to answer quiz questions and watch video clips used during the session if you connect via a smartphone.
Please ensure that your audio is muted at all times. If you have a question you will be instructed how to present your question to the trainer at the start.
During video presentations you may be asked to stop your video to save bandwidth and reduce lagging in the presentations.
