You must have the Registration Team Code provided by your coach to complete this registration.

If the team is already registered but you have not been given the Team Code contact your coach, or email technical@footballmanitoba.com and we will provide the code to you.

USING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our programming is eligible for KidSport or payment arrangements. If you have any questions regarding your options please email rknysh@footballmanitoba.com before applying or completing this registration.

INSTALLMENT OPTION

An installment option is available to those unable to pay the full amount when registering. The total cost will be paid in 2 payments with the second payment due April 5th. Installment payments will be charged automatically to the card used for the initial payment.

PAYMENT #1 - paid at registration

$100 initial payment plus a $5 (Stripe installment fee)
- If 2025 memberships have not already been purchased, $45.20 will be added to the initial payment
- If flag shorts are ordered on this form, an additional $25 will be added to the initial payment.

PAYMENT #2 - automatically charged to your payment card/credit card

$135.00 charged to your credit card on April 5th

Your credit card information securely and only on file with our payment processing company (Stripe) and is never accessible by TeamLinkt or Football Manitoba.
All flag fees must be paid in full before the season beings.
