NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON THIS FORM.

This registration will assign the appropriate memberships and insurance to players that have not participated in a Football Manitoba League to date in 2022. Players that have already purchased their memberships through our High Performance programs will not see any amounts owing on this form. Anyone that has played or is playing in one of our flag leagues will not be charged for the Football Manitoba Membership and Insurance again.

Note - there are separate Football Canada Player memberships required for Tackle and Flag. If you have not purchased your Football Canada Tackle membership, but played flag in 2022, you will see a "charge" for an additional $15 for your FC Tackle membership. The Football Manitoba membership/insurance is only charged once in the calendar year.

To register without making a payment select Pay Later on the payment screen. Many have been instructed to pay the fees online, in which case you can enter your credit card information and make your payment normally.
