REFUND POLICY

A refund of registration fees may be processed if:

The request must be made in writing (email) within the first 10 days from any 2024 programs start day;
1. The request must include the program (ie: U14 *TEAM NAME* ), the name of the participant, and the full name and contact information of the requester. Please send your rquest to Vanessa McKay- FMFA Registrar at fmfregistrar@hotmail.com
2. Refunds can only be issued by cheque or e-transfer. Please indicate your preference and provide a payee name (cheque) or email/phone number (e-transfer).
Gear, if issued, must be returned before the refund will be processed.
Only program fees can be refunded. If the registration fee included raffle ticket presales, there will be no refund for the tickets and the parent/carer may still sell the tickets to recoup the cost. Cfredit Card processing fees applied at registration payment are also not refunded by FMFA.
All refunds may be subject to a $50 processing fee.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks. Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
