By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of Get GungHo Pte Ltd and that you agree with the waiver as follows; I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the Participant and I give full consent for my child to participate in all Camp GungHo activities, including but not limited to HydroDash, HyperDrive, Sentosa Luge, and Mega Adventure (Mega Bounce, Mega Climb, Mega Jump and Mega Zip). I acknowledge and accept all inherent risks involved. I further authorise Get GungHo Pte Ltd, its employees and representatives, to sign and complete on my behalf any required third-party waivers, indemnities, releases of liability, declarations and/or participation agreements required by the activity operators, and I agree that such documents shall be legally binding on me and my child as if I had personally signed them. I acknowledge that I waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence). I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate, and I consent to emergency medical treatment being arranged if required.
By entering this programme and activity, you are consenting to have photos or videos containing you to be recorded for publicity or promotional purposes by Get GungHo Pte Ltd. PERSONAL DATA: I acknowledge and agree that by registering my child/children, I hereby consent to the collection of my personal data and the personal data of my child/children for the purpose of registration but also for the commercial purposes of Get GungHo Pte Ltd and that any request to remove personal data shall be acknowledged to us by email to team@getgungho.com

We will register you now and send you an email closer to the start of the season when payment is is required.

The person registering any child for any Get GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps MUST be the child's parent or legal guardian.  

Invasion games are contact sports and, as such, injuries can and do happen. Whilst Get GungHo will take every precaution, injuries do happen.

Whilst Get GungHo will take every precaution to ensure injuries do not occur during our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps.

Get GungHo, our coaches, staff and participants will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, permanent or otherwise to your child or losses of property that may occur arising from any cause whatsoever during their time participating in our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps.

We would advise participants and/or parents to get themselves and/or their child covered with personal insurance in relation to any sports-related injuries.

Should Get GungHo be unable to contact an injured child's parents children registered in any of our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps that require medical attention acknowledge and accept that they have given permission to Get GungHo to seek medical assistance for their child and that the parents will bear full financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Get GungHo reserves the right to use any photographs and/or videos taken during any Get GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps for publicity purposes.

Get GungHo reserves the right to the usage of live footage taken at any of our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps for live streaming purposes.

We reserve the right to update and/or amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

By registering for any Get GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood and agree to our Terms and Conditions as well as any additional Rules and Regulations documents shared or published by Get GungHo. Furthermore, you consent to be bound by all Get GungHo Terms and Conditions and health declarations as set and amended by Get GungHo.

1. I understand that the registration of my child/children will not be validated until payment is fully paid to the Company’s bank account (as indicated in the payment section) and that such payment is NOT REFUNDABLE and cannot used for a new booking in case of no show in the relevant date/week. 

2. Exceptions: If the child has incurred an injury (supported by doctor’s note) or is relocating from Singapore (supported by documentation), the camp fee will be refunded minus any third party transaction fees (credit card or bank transfer charges) as well as administrative costs incurred by prepaid purchases such as meals and excursion costs. 

3. Camp GungHo reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient members. Parents will be notified at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the camp. 

4. Cancellations due to COVID-19 Restrictions: In the event that Camp GungHo has to cancel all or part of a camp due to COVID-19 restrictions (circuit breaker / heightened alert / suspected COVID-19 case at venue or camp), NO REFUND will be issued. A credit note with 12 months validity will be issued instead. Please note that credit note is transferable among siblings and can be used for any of our future camps.
