By participating in the Greater New Orleans Women’s Soccer League, including all related events and activities, I recognize and understand that there are inherent risks involved, including the possibility of serious injury, paralysis, or even death. Despite these risks, which I fully acknowledge, I choose to participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for my involvement.

------------------------------Assumption of Risk------------------------------

I am aware of the risks associated with participation, some of which may arise from others' negligence. Knowing these risks, I willingly assume them, accepting full responsibility for any harm or injury that may result from my participation.

------------------------------Compliance and Safety------------------------------

I agree to adhere to all the league's rules and standards for participation. Should I encounter any unexpected or significant hazards, I will disengage from participation and report them to the nearest official immediately.

------------------------------Release and Hold Harmless------------------------------

I hereby release and hold harmless the Greater New Orleans Women’s Soccer League, including its officers, officials, agents, employees, other participants, sponsors, and if applicable, property owners, from any claims, injuries, disabilities, death, or property damage resulting from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

------------------------------Understanding and Agreement------------------------------

I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and an assumption of risk agreement, and I sign it of my own free will, without any inducement.
