WAIVER : Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club Executive is solely responsible for reviewing and managing player numbers at each division. The Club executives will employ necessary measures to ensure player safety and to foster a fun experience in accordance to Lacrosse New Brunswick guidelines. Please ensure your Team Manager and Coach are made aware of significant medical conditions (ex. Epilepsy, Diabetes, Orthopedic, dangerous allergies, etc.), Head, Back, Joint Injuries (in the past 2 years or which may remain a concern), and medications taken regularly (excluding vitamins). Please note: If you or your contact person cannot be reached in an emergency situation, your child will be taken to the nearest medical facility.

PRIVACY POLICY: Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club believes in respecting everyone’s right to confidentiality. Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club collects personal information from prospective members, members, coaches, referees, managers and volunteers for the purposes of conducting Lacrosse Programming. Information specific to a player such as a player's name, address and date of birth are collected to determine that the player's geographical, division of play and level of play information are consistent with LNB regulations. At no time are lists generated for the purpose of marketing, or the sale of information. Team Officials must comply with the Club Privacy Policy. Team lists and phone numbers are not to be shared with anyone outside of Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club. PHOTO RELEASE: Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club has our own website. We hope to increase communication among our players, coaches, team managers and board members by using this site regularly. We also want to celebrate our children and their role with our club. For this reason, we are asking that you give us permission to publish, in print, electronic, on website or video format the likeness or image of your child. These images may be used for promotional, educational, advertising and/or other purposes. The club will take precautionary steps to provide minimum identifying information and will not use specific addresses, emailing contact or phone numbers. If you do not wish to have your child's photo displayed on the Harvey Highlanders Lacrosse Club web site and related marketing, answer ‘No’ to the Photo Release question when completing Step 5 of the registration form.
