3X3 is an exciting fst paced half court scrimmage made popular at the 2024 olympics. Games are played 3vs3, 10 minute games, or first to 21 points 12 second shot clock with no break after scores. HMBA is excited to offer this traiing camp to help players understand motion offence concepts in game like atmosphere. Camp days include 30 minutes of training / coaching, followed by 30-45 minutes of 3x3 games.

Included in registration is player clininc November 2nd with Basketball Canada certified Coach trainer Paul Humbert. Paul is an renouned coach and provides certication at all levels. This training camp will co incide with a coaches clinic for local schools and HMBA coaches.
