London Regional Artistic Swimming Club

The following outlines LSC's Code of Conduct:

• I agree that I will conduct myself with the highest level of sportsmanship by showing respect, responsibility, fairness and pride for myself, my teammates, my coaches and my club.  As a sportsperson, I will lose without complaint, win without gloating and treat opponents with fairness, generosity and courtesy.
• I will show sportsmanlike behaviour when communicating with others by any means including social networking such as Facebook, Instagram, emails and texting.
• I will be positive, considerate and kind.  I will not hurt, humiliate or criticize others and will treat others as I would have them treat me.
• I have read and agree to abide by the policies, procedures and rules of the London Regional Artistic Swimming  Club (Including the Anti-Harassment Policy, Fee Policy and others).  I understand that failure to comply can result in discipline up to and including expulsion from London Regional Artistic Swimming Club.

By signing this document, I agree to the Fee Policy of London Regional Artistic Swimming Club. I understand that I am responsible for paying all fees for my swimmer(s) for the duration of the 2024/25 season. I understand that these fees include coaching cost, pool costs and program supply costs. I also understand that failure to provide these fees will result in my swimmer(s) being unable to attend practice and events with London Regional Artistic Swimming Club.  All refunds will be subject to approval by the LSC Board of Directors. Refunds may be subject to a $100.00 administration fee.  I agree to read and follow this Fee Policy.
