Highland Village Area Baseball and Softball Association

1. By registering for the Highland Village Area Baseball and Softball Association, participants (or their legal guardians) agree to adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies of the program.

2. Dues and Payments: Registration dues for the Highland Village Area Baseball and Softball Association must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the season. The registration fee covers costs associated with equipment, facility maintenance, and administrative expenses.

3. Participation Consent: Participants (or their legal guardians) consent to the involvement in the program and acknowledge the physical risks associated with sports activities. It is recommended that participants have medical insurance coverage.

4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct. This includes showing respect to coaches, staff, and fellow athletes, as well as adhering to safety guidelines.

5. Right to Modify Terms: The program reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

By registering for the Highland Village Area Baseball and Softball Association, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions above. 

Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that once the season begins, all registration dues are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the financial stability of the program and the allocation of resources necessary for its operation.
