This form charges the Football Canada/Manitoba Memberships and insurance of $40.20.
Additional fees will be charged by your school or program.

CLUB FEES - INTERLAKE THUNDER

ONLINE - This form will also charge the Club Registration - Varsity RMFL - Interlake Thunder - $525.00

TO BE PAID TO CLUB AT IN PERSON EQUIPMENT FITTING - DEPOSITS

Equipment - $200.00 (refunded at end of season once equipment is returned)

Volunteer deposit $100.00 (refunded at end of season when volunteer commitments are met)

(sibling discount will be applied to deposits if applicable)
