Important Notes:

  • This is a team registration, you are highly encouraged to use a team email address and not a personal address. 
    • You will also serve as point person for team-based communications.
    • You have the option to add an additional coach, as a secondary point of contact.  
  • If your team competes across multiple sports, you will need to complete a registration form for each sport.  
  • Note there is no team registration for open water swimming. 
  • After you've submitted your registration form, be sure to expand the post-registration notice for details on World Pride and Capital Cup.  
  • Important Note for International Phone Numbers :  We are working with developers to address a known issue collecting international phone numbers in Step 2 of this registration. If you have an international phone number, during step 2, please enter 999-999-9999.  Your international phone number will be collected in a later step.  

Sport Specific Information 

  • Swimming
    • Competition Dates: Saturday May 31st through Thursday June 5th with Tuesday June 3rd being a break day for open-water swimming. 
    • Venue: Long Bridge Aquatic Center located at 333 Long Bridge Drive in Arlington, VA 22202
    • For IGLA 2025, Long Bridge competition will be conducted in an 8-lane, 25 meter format.  The other portion of the pool will be available for warm up and warm down but setup as 25 yards.  We will not be running two courses at a time.
