If finances are a barrier for your family, Jasper Minor Sports works closely with Community Outreach Services to get players on the ice/field. Please reach out to our Treasurer Heather Legacy at hlegs@hotmail.com for more information or contact Community Outreach Services.
JMS will only be taking paper registration with cash/cheque if absolutely necessary.

Season Start Info:

Respect in Sport must be completed by a parent prior to players starting the season. Certification in the Respect in Sport program is valid for up to four seasons and is associated with a May 1 expiry date. Information and the course can be found online at https://www.hockeyalberta.ca/members/respect-sport/
Season start dates have not been confirmed.
Each player will automatically be set up with a TeamLinkt account. Parents will be emailed a link to set up their account on the app on their phone. This app is used throughout the season for communication from the coaches and parents. Season updates will be sent through here prior to the season starting.

Terms and Conditions

By registering, I agree to the following terms and conditions while my child is participating in activities sponsored by Jasper Minor Sports:

1. To take proper care of the equipment provided by JMS and to return it at the end of the season, or be responsible for the replacement cost.

2. To see that the property of others is not mistreated.

3. To be honest & courteous & refrain from profane language and to treat all player, coaches, assistants, & referees with dignity and respect.

4. I authorize JMS as represented by a director, coach, referee, or manager to obtain medical aid for my child if they deem it necessary.

5. JMS photos may be posted on the internet.

6. I assume all liability for any accidents that may occur as a result of my child's participation in this activity.

7.. Players from other minor sports institutions will not be allowed to partake in JMS practices unless otherwise discussed with the board prior to practice time, in which an insurance waiver will have to be signed by the player.

8. MEDICAL INFORMATION:

Any medical condition or injury problem should be checked by your physician before participating in a hockey program.
I understand that it is my responsibility to keep the team management advised of any change in the medical information as soon as possible and that in the event no one can be contacted, team management will take my child to hospital/M.D. if deemed necessary.
I hereby authorize the physician and nursing staff to undertake examination investigation and necessary treatment of my child.
I also authorize release of information to appropriate people (coach, physician) as deemed necessary.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT
