Registration is $350.00 per team.

Payment due at time of registration and can be paid by cheque or e-transfer.Please make a message on your Etransfer that this is your Mens Bonspiel Registration Fee along with your team name ( we have several different bonspiels so it is important for you to list which one you are paying for)

**All rates quoted are based on double occupancy and are per night. Additional adults (age 16 and over) are $20.00 fee per guest per night (plus applicable taxes). Additional guest room nights and guest rooms over and above what is held in the group block are subject to availability.

INDIVIDUAL BOOK & PAY:

- Reservations under the negotiated group rates of this Agreement can only be made by providing your assigned Group Name Jasper Curling Club - Men's Bonspiel & Group Booking Code – 3242902

1.866.606.6700 to book their room and guarantee it with a credit card.

- Please provide the group booking code to all members of your group as the code will be necessary at the time of making the hotel room reservation.

- Rooms will be released 21 days prior to the contracted date: February 14, 2025

1/ Rates, Deposit & Payment Policies

- Rates provided are non-commissionable in Canadian Dollars.

- Applicable taxes currently include a 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax.

- Hotel rates are subject to a 4% Tourism Levy, and a 3% Tourism Improvement Fee. The effective total tax rate currently is 12.18% of the room rate. Tax rates applicable at time of stay will apply.

- The above discounts cannot be posted, published, or made available to 3rd Party internet sites, corporate travel sites, and conference or incentive groups without written permission by Brewster Inc. Distribution or exposure of rates will allow Brewster to immediately terminate this Agreement.

HOTEL ROOM PAYMENT:

- Individuals must provide a credit card number when calling in or booking online when booking their accommodation. Charges to the credit card on file will be charged upon guest checkout, which include guest room & taxes, local calls, long distance calls & other incidentals.

INDIVIDUAL HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION:

- Cancellation periods and charges are as follows.

- Up to forty-eight (48) hours prior – no charge
