Respect and Sportsmanship: All participants, including players, coaches, officials, and spectators, are expected to adhere to the highest standards of respect, sportsmanship, and fair play at all times.
Zero Tolerance for Hate: The league maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or actions that promote divisiveness. Any such behavior will result in immediate and appropriate actions taken by the league management.
Verbal and Physical Assault: Verbal abuse, threats, or any form of physical assault directed towards players, coaches, officials, or other participants will not be tolerated. Such incidents will result in severe consequences, including possible suspension from the league.
Creating a Positive Environment: Our league is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. We encourage everyone to contribute to a respectful atmosphere where diversity is celebrated and unity is promoted.
League Management's Authority: The league management reserves the right to address any behavior or incident that goes against these terms and conditions. Decisions made by the league management regarding disciplinary actions are final.
Photography and Marketing Release Notice: By participating in the Jewnity Basketball 23/24 League, you understand and consent to the use of your likeness and images in photography and marketing material. These materials will be posted online and on social media platforms controlled by Jewnity Sports, including the broadcast of games on YouTube Live. Your consent to this release is required as part of league participation and allows us to share the excitement and camaraderie of our league with a wider audience.
League Dress Code Notice: We take pride in being a Jewish league that celebrates our heritage and traditions. As part of our dress code, we kindly ask and encourage all players to wear a head covering (Kippah) and tzitit garments during league games. To support this tradition and foster a sense of unity and respect within our league, we are delighted to provide each player with a complimentary Kippah and a pair of sporty mesh tzitit at our kickoff event on October 15.By participating in the league, all members acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all involved.
