SBF Skills Academy — Terms & Conditions

By completing this registration, I confirm that the information provided for the participant is accurate and complete, and I agree to the following:

• Registration is valid only for the specific SBF program and session selected during registration.
• Program fees must be paid according to the payment option selected at registration.
• Participants are expected to attend regularly, arrive on time, follow coach instructions, and conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, teammates, staff, officials, facilities and other participants.
• SBF reserves the right to address behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe or inconsistent with program standards. Serious or repeated conduct issues may result in removal from the program.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing SBF of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other information that may affect the participant's safe involvement in basketball activities.
• Participation in basketball involves physical activity and the inherent risk of injury. All participants are expected to follow safety instructions and disclose any injury or condition that may limit participation.
• Program schedules, gym locations and coaching assignments may occasionally change due to facility availability or circumstances outside SBF's control. SBF will communicate material changes to registered families as soon as reasonably possible.
• Registration does not guarantee placement in a different SBF program, age group, team or future session.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that SBF has current contact information throughout the program.
• Any separate refund/cancellation policy, liability waiver, media/photo consent and code of conduct presented during registration also form part of the participant's registration requirements.

By checking the acceptance box, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and/or the participant being registered.

SBF Skills Academy — Refund & Cancellation Policy

By registering for an SBF Skills Academy program, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

• Before the program begins: Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund.
• Once the program has started: 50% of the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
• Any approved refund after the program has started will be calculated using the applicable monthly program rate for the portion of the program already completed.
• If a participant is unable to continue because of an injury, SBF may provide a future program credit rather than a cash refund.
• If SBF cancels the entire program, registrants will receive a full refund for the cancelled program.
• Individual sessions that are cancelled, postponed or rescheduled because of gym availability, weather, school closures or other circumstances outside SBF’s control are not refundable.
• Missed sessions due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, other sports or personal reasons are not refundable.
• All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
• Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by SBF on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
