TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PROGRAM AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The regular team season fee is $1,300, including HST: $600 due December 1, 2026; $350 due January 31, 2027; and $350 due February 28, 2027.

The practice-player season fee is $600 total, payable in full or through monthly payments beginning December 1, 2026. Please contact Georges to confirm your payment arrangement.
The payment schedule must be respected. If you need a customized payment plan or would like to discuss fundraising opportunities, contact Georges before the payment deadline to agree on arrangements.

Players and families are expected to communicate attendance concerns and treat teammates, coaches, officials and facilities respectfully. Practice information and season updates will be communicated directly to families.

REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Regular team players: The initial $600 deposit is non-refundable. Requests concerning amounts paid beyond the deposit will be reviewed individually, taking into account programming already delivered and costs already committed. A refund is not guaranteed.
Practice players: The $600 practice-player season fee is a season commitment, whether paid in full or through monthly payments. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation. Any request for a refund or reduction of the outstanding balance will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
