Registration Acceptance: Acceptance of player's registration and payment does not secure a player's spot. Acceptance is dependant on the amount of teams we can field typically defined by the quantity of registered volunteer coaches. Players will be accepted in the order of registration completion with exception given to children of volunteer coaches who will be prioritized first.

Refund Policy: Account holder (i.e. parent, guardian) requested cancellation of a player's registration with refund will be accepted up to August 15, 2022. After August 15, 2022, no refunds. A $15 service charge fee will be assessed on all refunds. KAC Basketball initiated cancellation of a player’s registration due to space availability will be refunded the full amount, no service charge fees.

COVID-19 Policy: Although the State of Hawaii and City and County of Honolulu had eased restrictions and requirements related to COVID protocols, there may be site specific or volunteer coach specific protocols that may be required which are more stringent than the State of Hawaii and City and County of Honolulu requirements. All participants, including coaches and spectators, must abide by applicable protocols throughout the course of the season. Failure to abide may result in player removal from participation of activity and/or removal from the team. If you do not agree to these stipulated protocols, please do not complete your registration.
