REGISTRTAION FEE:
$1100 per goaltender + GST
Payment Options:
1. Via e-transfer to 50kristencampbell@gmail.com. within 14 days of registration approval.
2. Via credit card. Note, credit card transactions will be subject to a 4.15% + .30 cent fee ($45.95) and the transaction fee will not be refunded.

Registration includes:
- 10 hours of on ice instruction
- 4 hours of off ice workouts run by Focus Fitness
- 4 hours of classroom sessions including: mental performance, video analysis, recovery mechanisms & Q/A panel
