1. Code of Conduct:

Behavioral Expectations: All participants, including players, coaches, and parents, are expected to uphold the values of sportsmanship, respect for others, and fair play during all team-related activities.
Respectful Behavior: Participants must act in a respectful manner.
Compliance with Rules: All team members are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the club, league, school, or governing body.

2. Financial Obligations:

Registration Fees: By completing this registration, the participant's parent or guardian agrees to pay the designated registration fees before the specified deadline.
Payment Schedule: Payment must be made in full at the time of registration or according to the payment plan selected.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined in the refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to friendsoflolacrosse@gmail.com

3. Safety and Liability:

Inherent Risks Acknowledgment: I/we understand that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries and accidents.
Release of Liability: The club/team, its organizers, coaches, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or as a result of participation in club/team activities.

4. Attendance and Commitment:

Attendance Expectation: Participants are expected to attend all practices, workouts, games, and team events unless excused for valid reasons communicated to the coach or team manager in advance.
Commitment to Team: Lack of commitment, frequent absences, or consistent tardiness may result in reduced playing time or other consequences as determined by the coaching staff.

5. Disciplinary Procedures:

Misconduct Protocol: In the event of misconduct or violation of the code of conduct, the coaching staff will investigate the matter and take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include verbal warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the team.
Appeal Process: Participants have the right to appeal disciplinary actions by submitting a written appeal to the club's disciplinary committee within a specified timeframe.

6. Termination of Agreement:

Grounds for Termination: The agreement may be terminated if the participant fails to meet financial obligations, repeatedly violates the code of conduct, or engages in behavior that is deemed detrimental to the team, club, or school.
Notice of Termination: In the event of termination, the club/team reserves the right to notify the participant and their parent/guardian in writing, detailing the reasons for termination and any applicable appeal procedures.
