By registering your player you are agreeing to be bound by our player and parent code of conduct.  Please click below to read the entire contract before you continue your registration.  Your acceptance below is binding.  Violation of the player parent contract may result in expulsion from the program, banning from all current and future LPSA events as well as potential legal action against you.  Any adults or minor children you bring to any LPSA sponsored events will also be covered by your agreement.  It is your responsibility to ensure their conduct meets with the guidelines in the contract you are about to sign.

Participant Behavior Contract

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in the document above.  I understand that a violation of these terms will result in disciplinary action as outlined in the statements above.  Furthermore I accept all costs and legal responsibilities for my actions and the actions of my participants and guests should they be found in violation of these terms and conditions. 

Welcome to Register now Pay later!  This new program gives you the opportunity to register your child early for our program.  If you are able to pay now it is greatly appreciated, but we do not want you to have to wait to register for Soccer just because you are a little short on cash.  Remember, you MUST have your registration and uniform fees paid by August 9th or your child will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY until all fees are paid.  Uniforms will only be given to families who have paid in full.  If a payment arrangement is needed, you may reach out to the registrar by calling our club at 5412412333 or by emailing reg@lapinesocer.com

• Uniform and program fees may be refunded until July 1st
• Uniform orders are not refundable after July 1
• Full program fees may be refunded until August 9th.  
• After August 9th no refunds will be given.  
• On August 10th Players with outstanding balances will not receive their uniforms and will not be allowed to play in games until appropriate payments or arrangements have been made
• On August 17th All Players who have not fully paid their account off will be dropped from the program entirely unless they have an active payment arrangement approved by the registrar.
