Lethbridge Speed Skating Association (LSSA) Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations: Lethbridge Speed Skating Association reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the program.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided minus a $20 processing fee.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of online registration. Online credit card and debit is preferred. A post-dated cheque will be required at your skate fitting if you are renting equipment.
Returned Cheques: A $25 administration charge plus any applicable bank fees will be charged to the member for any cheques returned NSF.
Waivers: You have signed off the attached waiver as part of this registration and accepted and understand that it affects you and your childs legal rights and entitlements in the event of any injury or loss.
Safety: The use of prescribed speed skating safety equipment is mandatory.
Personal Conduct: Lethbridge Speed Skating Association has a Zero Tolerance policy towards bullying (including cyber-bullying), abuse (verbal/physical) and harassment (sexual or other). The principles and responsibilities related to conduct are outlined in the Code of Conduct and the Practice and Meet Safety Expectations. Please print, review, agree to, and bring these documents to your skate fitting or first practice.
Termination: Failing to provide payment for fees or failure to follow the Code of Conduct and the Practice and Meet Safety Expectations agreed to in this registration are reasons to terminate the membership.

I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions stated by the Lethbridge Speed Skating Association and agree to abide by them. I understand that the club may from time to time make changes to the terms and conditions.
