Softball Tee Ball is designed for K and pre-K players.
NOTES ON HOW TEE BALL TEAMS ARE FORMED:
Forming teams is complex! But hey we are up to the task, with your assistance and patience! Not every request can be accommodated, but we try. The best way to meet your requests is to find a coach. If 15 kids want to be on the same team, we will split them into two teams.
* If you have have identified a head coach, we can put together a team comprised of friends of up to 8 players. Please identify this in the registration. Ask for a 'team code' and have all players identified register with the team code. Only 8 players can be assigned to the same team code.
* You can submit 1-2 friend requests if you do not have a coach. If you have identified a coach, it's much more likely we can pair the friend requests together.
* If you register without having a coach, your child will be assigned best as possible from the same school and/or prior season teammates.
* We do our best to assign players with teams, but every year at Tee Ball we have parents that are reluctant to coach. It's okay! We take a team approach and usually 3-4 parents assist. So please offer your time as a coach, it's only 2 hours each Saturday in the spring.
If payment is an issue, please email Wally Orlov at President@lmll.org for an automatic waiver.
Registration Notes:
Tee Ball Softball is expected to be played Saturday Mornings 9-10:30ish am March 29th through June 7th.
- Please consider volunteering to coach! We will help you and it's easier than you think! Parents that volunteer to coach will get preference on friend requests as well.
- We are trying to limit team roster sizes to about 9 players per team maximum
- Registration is open to all girls regardless of where you live or what school you attend. Little League Intl has removed boundary restrictions on players aged 4-7.
- Please make sure that you add information on both guardians if it is available.
