Once registration is complete, you will receive a link to the AYF Player Package.

Cheerleaders who participated in the 2022 Fall Season are not required to provide any additional paperwork for Spring. Anyone participating in the 2023 Spring Cheer Season who was not previsouly registered in the Fall is required to provide the following documentation:

Completed AYF Player Package - you will receive a link with the pre-poluated forms post registeration. Please print and sign all forms.
Either the AYF Medical Clearance form in the AYF Package signed by a physcian or a copy of your athlete's most recent physical.
A copy of your athelete's birth certificate - you will also need to show the original birth certificate the first time you register as well for certification.
