MENA Basketball Terms and Conditions

Registration:

a. Participants must fill in the online registration form accurately and provide all required information. c. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. d. MENA Basketball reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration in case of violation of league rules or misconduct.

Participation: a. Participants must be physically fit to engage in basketball activities and play a team sport. b. Participants must bring their own basketball and wear suitable sports attire and footwear. c. Parents or guardians are required to sign a consent form on behalf of their child to authorize participation in the league. d. Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, respect coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents, and adhere to the rules and regulations of the league.

Code of Conduct: a. Participants must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. b. Any form of bullying, discrimination, or harassment towards other participants will not be tolerated. c. Participants must follow the instructions of the coaches and league officials. d. Any participant found in violation of the code of conduct may face disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the league.

Liability and Responsibility: a. MENA Basketball and its representatives are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the league. b. Participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with basketball activities. c. Participants and their parents or guardians are responsible for their personal belongings.

Media Release: a. MENA Basketball reserves the right to capture and use photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. b. By participating in the league, participants and their parents or guardians grant MENA Basketball permission to use such media for marketing and advertising purposes.

Changes and Cancellations: a. MENA Basketball reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or any other aspect of the league. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes. b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, MENA Basketball may cancel the league. Registered participants will be notified, and any registration fees paid will be refunded

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

By completing the registration process, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
