Metro Elite Sports Field Day - Volunteers Registration

We’re excited to have you as a volunteer at Metro Elite Sports’ Field Day!

Volunteers are the backbone of our events, and we’re thrilled that you’re interested in helping out. As a volunteer, you’ll play a critical role in making sure the day runs smoothly and that all participants have a fantastic experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup/Breakdown: Assist with setting up equipment, banners, and other materials before the event, and help with teardown after.
  • Check-In/Registration: Welcome participants, check them in, and provide them with necessary materials such as T-shirts or event packets.
  • Participant Support: Provide guidance and support to participants during the event, including directions, answering questions, and assisting with activities.
  • Hospitality: Help distribute water, snacks, and lunches to participants and officials throughout the day.
  • Crowd Management: Ensure participants and spectators are in the right areas and that events run on time.

  1. Commitment:

    • As an volunteer, you are expected to be punctual, reliable, and fully participate in the event as per the assigned roles and schedules.

  2. Code of Conduct:

    • You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from your role.

  3. Confidentiality:

    • You agree to keep any confidential information you may encounter during your involvement with Metro Elite Sports private and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.

  4. Safety and Compliance:

    • You are required to follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by Metro Elite Sports staff. You agree to report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to the event coordinators.

  5. Non-Compensation:

    • You acknowledge that your role as an official or volunteer is unpaid. However, you will receive a complimentary event t-shirt and any other benefits as outlined by Metro Elite Sports.

  6. Liability Waiver:

    • You acknowledge and accept that there may be inherent risks associated with your role in the event, and you agree to release Metro Elite Sports, its staff, and other affiliates from any liability arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

  7. Termination:

    • Metro Elite Sports reserves the right to terminate your role as an volunteer at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

  8. Media Release:

    • By participating in the event, you consent to the use of your name, image, and likeness in any media coverage, promotional materials, or social media posts related to the event without any further compensation.

  9. Agreement to Terms:

    • By checking the box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
