GAMES - 11 regular-season games will be scheduled but only 10 guaranteed. We will make every attempt to reschedule any canceled games (up to 11) but only 10 are guaranteed. An end-of-season tournament is also guaranteed.

PRACTICES - 1 practice per week is scheduled for 18 weeks but there is no guarantee on any of these practices in cases of circumstances beyond our control (rainouts, park closures, etc). We will make every effort to reschedule any canceled practice but that may include weekends and/or other times and locations, though we will try to work with you on this. Practice times/days for any practice is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to work with you to be reasonably accommodating.

SIBA TEAM DEPOSIT POLICY

Menifee Pony will collect a refundable deposit of $500 from each SIBA team prior to the start of the season. The deposit is intended to ensure that all teams, managers, coaches, players, and spectators respect Menifee Pony’s fields, facilities, equipment, and league rules.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the season, provided the team has no outstanding violations, damages, unpaid fees, or other disciplinary issues. Menifee Pony reserves the right to deduct from or retain the deposit to cover damages, replacement costs, cleanup expenses, rule violations, or other costs caused by the team or its participants.

Any remaining deposit balance will be returned after the season-ending review is completed.
