MENIFEE PONY REFUND POLICY

All funds paid to or collected by Menifee Pony are non-refundable in each instance except as otherwise stated in this policy.
Refund requests of registration fees will be considered by the Board of Directors on a case by case basis in accordance with this policy.
Each request for a refund must be made by completing the 'Refund Request Form' on our website. The request must include the reason why the affected player does not intend to participate with Menifee Pony.
No refunds will be considered or processed unless and until the Board of Directors has received an appropriately completed refund request.
If the written request is received prior to January 2 for the spring season, or August 2 for the fall season, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Registration fee refund requests may be considered on or after the dates mentioned above but there are no guarantees and it is at the sole discretion of the Menifee Pony Board of Directors.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks. Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
