Needed Documents: ORIGINAL Birth Certificate with raised seal (these will be returned after certifications), Proof of Address, Proof of School (report card or something on school letterhead), physical within the past 12 months.

Please make sure you download the Teamlinkt app and sign in so that you can keep up with all updates! You will be moved over to your players teams once the registration has been paid in full! If you did not pay today- you must pay in full before the end of Early registration for all discounts to apply!
